Becoming a Proxy Borrower will allow you to check out print materials under the faculty member or administrator's account.
You can become a Proxy Borrower at the Gottesman Libraries by bringing a letter signed by a faculty member or administrator to the Library Services Desk.
The letter must include the following information for both supervisor and deputy:
ID# from Back of ID
The letter must also stipulate the length of time (usually one semester) that you will function as a Proxy Borrower.
All items borrowed on the Proxy Borrower account become the sole responsibility of the faculty member or administrator.
A student cannot be a Deputy Borrower for another student.
