If you haven't been receiving emails from the library, it could be that they're being filtered into your spam/junk folders. You can solve this by creating a filter. Here's how to do that.
In Gmail, go to Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses > Create new filter.
Now you'll want to create a filter for the following addresses:
Support Request System
Library Room Reservations
Once you've entered the email address you want to filter, hit "Create filter with this search."
Next, check the box next to "Never send to it to spam."
Finally, hit "Create filter."
